Notre Dame Basketball March Madness 2016 Highlights: "A Run to an Elite Eight"

In the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, Notre Dame defeated Michigan, Stephen F. Austin, and Wisconsin before falling to North Carolina. It was their second consecutive Elite 8 appearance.

Notre Dame doesn’t make the tournament as often as they should but when they do they have some of the most memorable moments in the tourney. The Kentucky game in 2015 was amazing, the tip in against SFA and the steal against Wisconsin the year later, the double overtime game against Rutgers in 2022. This program needs to make the tourney more often it’s good for college basketball
