Good to hear Evens is doing well after surgery, though the Morrison news is not so good. When Buchner came back to play lacrosse, I said he'd be back on the football team and that he'd be back at QB. I still believe that, and if that happens, you'll see one QB transfers (and the warm fuzzy feelings on his return won't be so warm and fuzzy).

@@Rob9mm, we'll see. 6 months ago, few would have thought he'd be back at all, let alone as a WR. Granted, ND's WR corps isn't that strong right now, but if you are honest, you wouldn't have said would be back as a WR. Besides, a few commentators have already said could play QB in certain situations.

He is walking on. TB is 🗑️ at QB and he definitely will not get any run at WR. How many pick 6's did this kid have and I think he has 1 total career win in a bowl game that he almost blew. Good kid but not a baller at all.

@@MattBooher-ng4qi, I am quite aware of what is going on. Just don't be shocked at what happens in the season. (On a side note, I don't gamble, but I am willing to bet he is getting an NIL scholarship.)

It sounds like you're talking about a completely different football player because none of that is happening with Buchner. They might use him as a wildcat QB in goal line situations, but with Leonard under center I don't see much benefit in that. He's not on this team to be a starter or go to guy, I think he wants to make his way into coaching and is using this to start on that path by doing sideline work
