When you watch the clips of Gordy when he moves inside, you can really see the potential and "Riley Mills" comps I've seen thrown around - He's not a Power 4 DE/Viper, but he absolutely looks like a Power 4 DT with some time in the weight room.

I just want to point out that since Notre Dame doesn’t have a conference championship, there is a gauntlet of playoff teams they would have to be back to back to back to attempt to win a championship. How are they going to get there with three star recruits? It’s not gonna happen.

For what it's worth, Riley played his freshman yr. And got some real good PT against really good comp. Played against Bama and their line in the playoffs game. Played well too

Definitely could be possible, This kid is long and has plenty of room to fill out. Dad played in the NFL. I think this kid could be a baller. This might be a crazy take but maybe a Trey Hendrickson type player.

The Cinci Catholic league isn't wasn't what it used to be, but recruiting out of district helps, as does manipulating enrollment numbers to be in a different division. Ohio has watered down their divisions quite a bit as of late, from 3 divisions back in the 80s to something like 7 today. There is a much larger difference between Division 1 and Division 7.
