Serian Hue is their creative director. She does work for Enhypen too. But I think Illit definitely represents her own personal perspective. She did a video ad with Miu Miu and Jang Wonyoung back in 2021 before she was brought into Belift full time and it had this very Wes Anderson but slightly dark vibe.

I believe that tree in the film is Yggdrasil. It is known as the tree of life in norse mythology. I could be wrong on this, so correct me if I am wrong. But it had the same size and positioning on Earth just like in Norse mythology, so it very well could be Yggdrasil.

Now that you mentioned it, I also noticed about how the Hybe groups' narratives are being created. It probably started (or inspired) by none other than BTS. Remember they have movie-like mv's that started with The Most Beautiful Moment in Life 1 & 2 eras to Young Forever to Wings (specially Wings) to Love Yourself trilogy... I mean, who are their creative directorrrsss?!?!? Hybe concepts are insane for real.. 😊
