Lots of elites come and go without even getting cuts, I think it's the 1/100000 that really stands out, multiple cup winning potential. A Cut you plan on keeping forever or the one you wish you kept from 12 years ago.

Agreed some of the breeders tell people cut the runts and slow pr deformed plants but in my experience of over 20yrs those are the ones that are the tastiest or hit real hardest. I mean look a og it yielded half compared to anything else was finicky but luckily they grew it all the way out and cloned it same for zkittles so to me I think we should be looking at everything bc u will miss it if ur going off looks and growth patterns. Rare darkness found in his ghost train haze a high cbd variety it was smaller and even he said normally I would cull one that looked like this but I let it go just cause they had the room turns out it's almost a 1/1 thc cbd it showed me that u never know wat u will get but u have to see a plant through bc we can't see wat we are really looking for effects taste etc.

@@devinej8411this year I had one that came from an unknown mom and pop (I'm not organized) she had the weirdest leaves, half a fan leaf would be indica and the other very sativa. Short and kinda crooked but after harvest it was a strong blooberry smell(haven't had any blueberry parents) peppery flavor, great uplifting feel, easy to trim, great bud spacing. The branches were short but size of buds was perfect in my eyes. The biggest were smaller than a baseball, the majority were bigger than a golf ball. Turned a tiny bit blue\purple when the cold hit. Was gonna toss it until I listened to somebody talking about weirdos being the most interesting keepers. So true!

Hey Notso & Crybaby I love the show and want to just give some constructive criticism on what could make the show better. I think the episode names should be named, so if we want to go back and listen it’s easier to find a conversation. I wish this was available on the “Podcasts” app also, on KZbin you have to keep the app open all the time where as with Podcasts you can play with your phone locked and listen offline. Don’t worry about the comments! I am guilty too of making comments that derail the conversation I’m sorry we get excited, but it’s not necessary, maybe record this not live and just answer your favorite questions next episode.

Always look forward to the show - unsolicited feedback I would like to see Crybaby more actively leading the early agenda items of the show. Notso dominates at times and is focused on his next thing to say while Crybaby is talking instead of actively listening and expanding on Crybabys points. Again huge FCP fan and love listening to both of you guys talk shop. ❤

It’s something crybaby and I talk about weekly on balancing and trying to feed off each other’s points more smoothly.
@gev0034 күн бұрын
@ it really is getting smoother with each show you have a good rapport - i like portions where he asks you questions and then you ask him and keep probing a bit, resisting the internal timer to move on to all the other agenda topics

If you're still holding on to it after 10 years it has to be an Elite , nothing can fool you for that amount of time

Would love to chat with yall sometime. Been at this for quite a while. First Dead show in 87 on Halloween night. Changed my life! Traveling around with Jerry, I settled in SLC until cooking school in Charleston SC. My wife has been to hundreds of shows before Jerry died. Would love to see where some of my strains originated. Ive done my own research & traveling for genetics but love hearing all the old stories! Amazing. Love yall🫡

White widow is still originally from Ingmar, just a cut though. Shanti is correct that he did make the seed versions from that point on but still didn’t do the breeding of the original cut. I was there
@somewhereoutthere88013 күн бұрын
I agree there is a scenario in which both versions coexist. I don’t know how much “breeding” was done if the original cut is from a random seed found in a brick of h

What I think elite would be: That would constantly be changing. What was elite in 90 is not elite now. A5, NL, Chem... Those would be legendary or significant stains that at one time were elite stains. What we classify elite is currently in the market and is ahead of everyone else as far as production, potency and demand. Michael Jordan was an elite basketball player in his time. Though still a good player, he doesn't have the legs of today's players (legs meaning today's higher thc higher overall quality genetically in comparison). Just my thoughts. I always enjoy the show ✌️
@JK-2414 күн бұрын
You're insane if you think Michael jordan couldn't hang with all these kids
@RamblinMan-vg1mt4 күн бұрын
@JK-241 If Jordan stepped out on the court today, there is no way his legs could keep pace with today. Plus the game has evolved. Back it up more, take Jerry west. Elite player in his day. Today, that game wouldn't hang with modern day skill sets. Though enjoyable, this is getting off the point. The wrap it together: The plant evolves, just like the game play of basketball (it's gotten faster, higher scoring more exciting). What was once elite at one time doesn't necessarily make it elite by current standards.
@adammays5214 күн бұрын
Any clone that is commercially moved is elite. It’s a commercial term.
You can't criticise a whole Person because you can't be Bad at Putting oxygen into your Organs without being alive so you have to be specific to not be the Object yourself that gets the critic because this Guy did a lot more than Putting oxygen into His Organs he even talked more than you so wtf is wrong?
