As an avid detectorist it is a lot of work starting at the research level to planning and execution. Then adding all the camera work and editing is another level!! I watch many detecting shows but SD AND NT Do it best. They show everything they dig. Thanks digger Charlie and crew keep digging.

If those happened to be old levis. Even in that condition. They could be worth some money. Depends on the age.

This reminds me so much of thick woods homesite and Civil War camp, covered in ticks, mud and mosquitoes digging adventures with my buddy Bill who just passed from cancer. So many good times and memories. I think it's awesome that you found a honeyhole with cool finds and brought your buddy back to share it and to dig it again with you. I always did too. ❤❤❤ Miss you Bill Bugg. 😢😢😢

"Did you ever dig some pants?" A phrase sure to go down the lexicon of SD phrases like "Good thing you checked" Good to see dame getting a copper.

Hell yeah guys, that’s what it’s all about! I recently had a similar experience finding a place people were previously doing things in a spot I literally have been walking past for the past 20 years, and I found my first tombac. What a great day you two had! Nice shirt Dame, Neil is the man.

You guys have very similar forest to what I have here here in Norther Ontario. I always turn my machine on when I'm walking if possible for this very reason. Some of my best relic sites have been found by accident. Again because the loggers have been through all of it and because cellar holes were apparently not common around these parts. Just a rough stone base which can easily be covered up by time.

@connorsrelicsandtreasures9862Ай бұрын
I wonder if a poor farmer or a second class citizen dropped the coins while they were farming and taking care of their property or a hole was in the pants or coat and they were all dropped while walking or tying their shoelace.
