If overseas Pakistanis sell their property in Pakistan, such as a house, the transaction will always be in rupees. How can this money be transferred to Dubai or the UK? Bhai it will be good if @vinay can explain us in how much he bought a property in Dubai and what is the current rate for the same...According to my research people who bought apartments during covid or who sell during the russia-ukraine war are getting profit.. Apart from it, in the history of dubai every project prices slashes when they come to secondary market.. There is not even a single project where property prices get appreciated.. For example, the 2 BHK price in princess tower, marina is 1.6 M and the developer sold the same apartment in 1.8 M in 2009.. no doubt rental return is someone 5-6% in dubai if you calculate correctly..@Vinay bhai please don't lie to buyers, we understand you want to make your own 10 properties, but please don't do that.. but if you saying true,, please some data on screen not only the numbers...
