Writing good sentences is important. Being able to use noun phrases in your sentences can help make your sentences more interesting. The first part of the video discusses the different ways that a noun phrase can be written, and the second half shows how to use noun phrases in sentences.

This is a difficult sentence to change into a simple sentence. To change a complex sentence into a simple sentence, you need to find the dependent clause in the complex sentence. In this example, it is: that I did it. This needs to be changed into a noun phrase or a noun. The closest I think would be: He believed my guilt.
