@hsk1778 you would think. But I've had multiple instances where I know, FOR SURE, I bounced, did not touch after, and then either flew off stage or was hit off stage and had a jump. And multiple instances where I've bounced and the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED and I DONT HAVE A JUMP. It's gotten to a point where when it happens I'll mentally prepare and be like "I hope I got my double jump back, but who knows" and spam jump and pray the magic bounce happened properly.

Nothing about Zain’s play style feels like Ken except his character and skin color. People are saying anything these days

@@TheBeggies95 by skin color do you mean the Marth being red? Anyways Ken himself said that watching Zain reminds him of himself. Now that is probably mostly Ken's famous ego but I can easily make a case for similarities between Ken and Zain's playstyles. They are both known to use non-optimal moves just for the sake of being stylish. They are both known to be far more aggressive than your average Marth and are both known for their combo-ing abilities. Zain has been using a lot of raw f-smashes lately which Ken is known for, in addition to the Ken combo and the way he uses the dolphin slash. Arguably Zain is simply a good student of Melee and Ken was so influential to the way Marth is played that any Marth player who is a student of the game will end up playing similarly to Ken in some ways. Tl;dr/in summary: Zain is more similar to Ken that the majority of current top Marth players.
