Your braver than me!!! LOL I would never have tried going back in the drive in 2wd. I have been sideways into the ditch too many times. I would have a hard time walking back the lane in sub zero weather anymore. Be safe back there by yourself.

No worries. This snow is soft and I always carry a shovel. Would not be the first time I've had to walk half way home for a tractor but its been a while.

Growing up in southern MN farm country my first cousin once removed had a 3/8th mile driveway running east/west that was notorious for snow. You have a very long driveway. How many km?

Its a half mile driveway. Not sure what that is in km but its the full length of a quarter section.

so the road is private? whats with the round bales still in the ditch ?

Yes my half mile driveway. I left a couple of bales right where the baler dropped them. Figured they are that close to the yard I will just pick them up when I'm ready to feed them.
