Thanks for the comment! I've personally never really seen anything like this perpetual clock (Horologium) in a game before. It's definitely makes you consider every move you make, and all the interactions you can pursue...or not.

@@meeple The same system, with minor tweaks, was in Sine Tempore and in the previous NA edition from the same company.

Hi. The game looks great. Do you recommend it to me to get into Cooperative Games? By the way, I see that the box contains 90x miniatures, but I see that 6 heroes and 6 villains are used in a game. When are the other 78x miniatures used?

I'm not sure this would be my first recommendation if just getting into co-op games. There are many many more scenarios, which is where the other miniatures will be used. Have you looked at Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion?

@@gallo1830 If it's a cooperative fantasy game with dungeon crawl gameplay you're interested in, I might recommend Gloomhaven: JAWS OF THE LION (specifically). It's a very hand-guided introduction to such games, that still packs a lot of content. If you're looking for simply cooperative games in general, there are a ton of options. Are you familiar with Pandemic, and games like that?

I can't really answer that as it's really subjective depending on how someone consumes their gaming hobby. I'd say if you typically enjoy this style of game, it's worth considering.

Wow, this looks amazing! Gives me an Unlocked on massive steroids vibe. Love how the horologium works. I usually skip over minis games mostly due to the cost, but this has Altair as a hero?! I don't know if I can resist...

Do we really need to put the damage tokens in the board? I think it will be crowded with many tokens and when enemy moves the tokens need to move. This should be mitigated somehow in the final version.

How does this compare to the first edition? Component upgrade or whole new game?

Craig, it is very similar to ed 1 but essentially a new game. It is very similar, but the mechanics are very much updated, including the Mission cards and the book of stories. So, it has the same DNA, but is smoother in play and much more story-driven and immersive. Component wise, it is VERY similar (except with the addition of Mission cards and book of stories.

I really like the look of this game. I have a few too many unfulfilled large campaign \ dungeon crawler games that are gatekeeping me from pledging. Ill unfortunately have to wait for the second hand market.

Also, unlocked after this preview, is the most exciting Variable Player Count feature! 3 difficulty levels and Allies (similar to Oathsworn's Companion mode) allow up to both True Solo and 6 human players campaigns. It screams major replayability!
