I’d like to see some sort of tax levied against prospective out-of-province buyers. Most of the houses purchased in my community were bought by Ontario residents (whose salaries generally eclipse NS residents).

I really like the Liberal platform best. Going to early vote on Friday in my riding. Ypu are right that it's a major crisis and we need results quickly!
