While I'm no Djokovic fan, I can admit that I like his attitude towards the Olympics. So many top players treat them as a second tier tournament, when it's so much tougher to win than a GS (you have many many more chances to win a GS than the Olympics, because you have 4 GS every year and only ONE Olympic tournament every 4 years). Would be nice if other top players took a leaf out of Djokovic's and Nadal's book, they are the models to follow in tennis, without a doubt.

Djokovic wants to win it because he's patriotic but he realistically has had 4 chances to win it. As a comparison Nadal had 70+ opportunities to win one of the Big Titles of Miami, ATP Finals, Paris Bercy, win in Shanghai and never did it once - that's 18 times the chances to do it (or Federer with Rome and Monte Carlo 40+ chances) and the masters have mostly bigger fields (96 entrants and qualification differences and that's why the Olympics had 750 points not 1000 when it had points). Andy Murray isn't better than Fedal because he won the most Olympic singles titles at 2 and Fedal are certainly not better than the GOAT Djokovic.

Olympics was on grass in 2012 at Wimbledon also.
