hi, We have one led with sending, receiving card and vipxel software which is working but when we connect a new pc to sending card with just windows 10 installed we did not get display on led. Do we need a vx1000 controller replacing the existing sending card to get the windows desktop displayed on led ?

HELP .....hola amigo una pregunta si me podria ayudar instale el programa NovaLCT y el programa VIPLex V2.9.1 en pa pc para una taurus TB3 ... el nova me abre y ya configure y mapie la pantalla sin novedad luego abro el programa viplex pero no me aparece en el icono de apntallas osea no se conecta o enlaza con la pantalla y no se el porque si me podria ayudar se lo agradezco

Hello, After screen configuration, when i send screen configuration it show this msg : failed to send screen information current display mode is 0x0px. Device is VX400
