Getting some decibel levels at the armor outside face and at normal interaction distances might be useful.

This is so cool! Is there a tutorial somewhere for how to wire this up and what headset is being used? I’d love to have this for my kit

Would it be okay to have this placed inside your helmet perhaps on the cheek plate?? (In regards to safety and size!) been looking for something like this forever! Thank you for the amazing videos!
@MandalorianMercsCC3 жыл бұрын
Yes you can place it in your helmet on one of the cheeks. You have to be careful of feedback with your mic, though, as both will be extremely close in proximity.

@@MandalorianMercsCC that is so great to know!! Thank you so much for the help! I also have a zip zap rc car I purchased years back meant for a wireless range finder build demonstrated by the Mercs but I can’t find the instructional video now! Would you happen to have any idea of this build and if there is still an instructional guide up on how to do it?? Again thank you for all the help!

What power source are you using for the amplifier board? Also, your links are to a 10w speaker and a 20w amplifier. Should such an amp be used with this speaker?
@MandalorianMercsCC4 жыл бұрын
Hi Keith, I'm using the LIPO battery that came with the 3W sound board. The reason I linked the 20W amp is because it's an adjustable amp based on input voltage, and can push up to 20W at max input voltage. It's also a super-small amplifier board, so that's two very beneficial things when we're talking about wearable electronics: options and size. :)
