The biggest plus of SRW games is that the series makes characters like those from SEED likable (due to positive character development via contact with characters from other series), and what I know is that the Z series interpretation of them is the best.

A long Gundam fan here. I was one of those who played this game before watching 00 proper (I was busy at the time + wanted to just bing-watch the whole thing in one go). I was surprised they were added to the game and kinda didn't know how to feel about them (had the whole "the new kids on the block thinking they are cool" vibe, with all the attention being focused on them), and mainly got this game because it's one of the few that had the whole Wing story (my favorite Gundam anime to this day). So I played a bit, and reading through their story, I started to actually like them a bit by bit. After the Trans-Am introduction bit, I immediately stopped the game and went to watch the anime. Loved every minute of it and now it's my 2nd most favorite Gundam/Mecha anime of all time.

From what I know SRW:L isn't bad at it either. But yes, SRW:Z did the best job re-interpreting SEED Destiny, way better than Fukuda himself did in the TV series.

Turn A is canon to UC actually. It was Tomino's desired end to the era, and ultimately no matter how much more material goes into Gundam, UC or not, it will still be the resulting end of every time line in the entirety of Gundam.

For the UC Turn A is the ending. Every other Gundam series is subject to it's own ending.

That is why the Turn X exists: as something that can both match and fight it evenly. With that said, Loran didn't use it to its full potential anyway. In the end its still just a Mobile Suit, just a really Overpowered and stylish one.

because 00 is widely considered the successor of mainstream gundam. It is baisicly Gundam Wing plus Seed destiny (season 2) done right. The gundam designs are good,the character designe is FAR superior, and you know from beginning to the end who the protagonist is. The story is also alot more breathtaking and you actually CARE for the characters. but well,its over 1 year so you may aswell figured yourself.

I wouldn't even consider to integrate SEED Destiny at all. Infact, the first season was based off Gundam Wing plot elements, whereas the second season was tied in with Zeta plot elements, especially so where the A-LAWs are much like the Titans, the Federation is like well...the EFSF general army in Zeta, Katharon and CB are like AEUG, and Ribbons resembles Scirocco.

@TeamTowers1 Seed and Destiny both were horrible. They tried to re-do what Gundam: 0079 and Zeta Gundam did while evolving to fit the "new" and "hip" anime styles. Here's a hint; It didn't work.

Season 2 was Zeta, not SEED Destiny.

SEED Destiny is part of a different canon, after the UC timeline, theres not one universe where everything is canon at one point, tzhere are many of them , so i dont need to integrate it anywhere.

Actually, G saviour IS cannon, Its just not regarded as such or was it pulled back? one of both happened. Ah well,whatever you got me with the last part the UC Timeline ends for me around victory and not later or something, the Turn A is just a /fuckall by tomino in my opponion and has alot of broken "no nos" by bandai. but that it was 1000 years later? dont remember that got to admit it.

Turn A is ultimately its own Show. With no relation to any other gundam anime. Turn A has all eras (Not the cosmic era or 00 mind you, they wherent out then) and makes a satire of them , however, in all other eras, Turn A is not canon. so no, that statement doesnt really work here.

Gundam wing is like season 1 if you ask me of gundam 00 that is. But G Gundam has pretty much nothing to do with it, i dont really think its all that good as people say it is, i just dont like the super robot style. However,you should maybe watch the universal century timeline,as that even tops 00 Season 1

@NegativeSquad Better. More character development, not abused stock footage, the world setting is fantastic, the villains and heroes aren't as flat and forced as in SEED. SEED has a better OST, though. Besides that, I liked 00 more.

I largely dislike the Turn A gundam itself for being a mary sue of sorts. Also I've come to understand it's theoretical capabilities and find myself irritated that such a mecha exists, because it then nullifies any legitimate challenges that this suit could have. tl;dr it's way too powerful for a protaganist suit, especially since nothing can be done to beat it. At least that's the consensus I've seen on the internet.

2 things: 1) No, actually it's completely right. 2) I think you need to revisit your sources and relearn just how wrong they are, because Victory is the furthest in the future canon of direct UC, which ends at around 0153, only because G-Saviour isn't canon. If you actually watched Turn A, when they view the Black History, they tell you that they are over a thousand years AFTER UC. Thereby, it is in the ABSOLUTE FUTURE.
