If NOVA (PBS in general, lol) ever becomes like, well when TLC or History, etc. (something along those lines) turned into whatever the heck you want to call it now, it'll be a really really sad!! It's pretty simple, high water pushed by hurricane winds along with tide changes mean serious danger, which is why the new hothouse world and rising, warming sea levels will only increase the damage and danger exponentially.

Tsunami is considerably quicker, think dropping a large rock in a pond and watching the shore vs blowing the water toward the shore

In some parts of world, sea have dried, We must work to rejuvenate the sea in that areas to blance water of sea. We have certain amount of water, it's evoparte, comes as rain in another unwanted parts, So we must find the way to create balance water by rejuvenating the dried sea. This can be one solution .
