I have these too, one caution if using the wireless adapter with the iPhone, it does AirPlay but not for encrypted or paid content (no Netflix, or movies from your iTunes movie library). If you attempt to plug them into an Apple deice, you cant use them for protected/paid content (no HDCP support). Very cool but without HDCP its very limiting on an Apple ecosystem. If you are Android definitely get them, for the SteamDeck I too love them.

I'm holding out for a 3D mode... adjust the two images like Viewmaster does, so that a single flat image goes 3D! Imagine being able to watch any tv show in pretty good 3D!

It would be cool to see an apples to apples comparison with the Nreal Air.

This form factor is definitely the future of VR then. I'm holding off on VR because it still looks so clumsy and it isn't cheep. It sort of makes sense to put money you were going to spend on a new flat screen TV, towards something like these.

I see the internal record is blacking all the background of your room, is this actually your edit or is the record limited to the display, ignoring the internal camera view?

I got these a few months ago. I have a cramped space and I wanted augmented secondary screens. The issues I had was the edges of the screen and the taskbar. It’s was not legible to me. I really wanted this to work. I’m a network eng and would love to have 3 screens in my workspace. I will try again if they have been updated though.

How do you set the PC monitor secondary screen in AR mode? Do you need to have an android phone for that? Where can I find a tutorial? Thanks!

How quickly does this drain the switch battery life? It basically forces it into docked mode without an external power source, right? Would you need a decent power bank if you're using it this way?

Don, you still have the mic issues as last time. Something sounds off, lots static and lack of clarity.

Invested my money on HDMI set and wasted my money and time. The sound from glasses legs cannot be shut off and will annoy people next to you in public or private. Sound is terrible for those with hearing problems. you have to use personal Blue tooth ear buds to get proper sound.. and still annoy people with the glasses sound. The glasses legs are very uncomfortable, and cannot be adjusted. Most people find that they cannot get the focal adjusted to get a clear full screen...one side or the other will not be in focus on the edge and is highly annoying. The set does not come with the front black out lens, forced to purchase separate. Very annoying to try to use glasses with tinted lens.. better for full color with dark lens you have to change out for your self.. screw driver included. Remember, these are not Top Gun Mav battle helmet quality...you do not really see all the action on screen,,,, the out front real world in front of you is distracting, for sure, you do not walk or drive with these on. If you purchase HDMI , you have to look for the power input port and supply power and maybe your own cable with proper connector. They should have shops where these can be tested before purchase. Rokid just did not do their homework and rushed to market... and over priced the product. Lots of hype in YT reviews... Lastly, remember to first learn .... this is AR not VR do your home work on both and try to get test runs on both before any purchases. (especially if you require any corrective lens for eyesight. Back to the drawing board Rokid..... and get right with the price and connectivity tech.

I am disabled and mostly bed bound so I have been looking in to these and dreaming about either these or goovis. It would be such a help when I am stuck laying down to use my computer or my steam deck.
