It's not that so much for me but it seems like he's just rushing through every feature he memorized Novation wanted to over. I just keep feeling like "relax man..." I think the best presenters can slow down and enjoy little moments playing with features. Maybe he will get better idk. @@Onelychild

In some regards, I think the innovation went backwards on this particular model. Tell me if I’m wrong?

Crazy that keyboard/synth workstations are losing their standalone sequencing capabilities and becoming DAW slaves, yet controllers are wanting to be master sequencers. I would expect an SL to be sold on its DAW control and mapping abilities but Novation aren't really pushing this element. Is automap required? Is it transparent/Mackie compliant? Can adjust layouts for plugins and have multi page controls? Preset browsing? Support for which DAWs? Etc. And also no mention on the keys, is playing not a concern anymore? Aftertouch? Weighted keys? Seems really strange marketing but I do like what it offers. Not sure I would've branded it an SL though.

They are actually, it's the best controller you can get for ableton live, arguably better than the push2.
