Funny how the acid patches on this synth and even the acid filter option vs classic make the acid sound vanish completely.

Do you think its a good idea to get the bass station II along with the ultranova? I already got the nova and it feels like it can make a lot of sounds similar to the bass station.

Olivier Lagadec Thanks. no, you do not need a computer. it's a synthesizer, but it can also be used as a midi keyboard (midi or usb output). All the sounds you hear in this movie come straight from this synthesizer (line out)

Mininova is Small format polyphonic synthesizer. With lower case keys

Paulson Jeanty depends for what. Bass station is more to playing synth bass or leads (no reverb effects processor). Mininova is a typical synthesizer, on which you play bass, rhodes, Pads, Leads .... I personally used a left hand on bass station and on the right hand Korg Microkorg. Regards

I just got the Mininova & its a superb synth, esp the animate feature on it is gr8 for performances & variating the sound on-fly. And since its turn out to be so cool, i am gasing for BS2 :-). But having Reface DX,CP, Triton Studio, Xp60, MM6,Sh2000..i am wondering do i need one more toy ;-)
