Novation MININOVA is CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED video 1

I have a handful of synths, my mininova was an afterthought, snagged it for the solid vocoder. It's definetly in my top two. I am so happy I sort of lucked into snagging one. It is too much fun and I recently got some boards of canada style patches that sound fantastically analog. The thing can do anything.

I love this synth. Its modern digital sounds is what makes it great. My Roland jdxi couldnt do what the mininova could and vice versa for roland classic sounds.

Tom Ellard also really loves the MiniNova, which is part of what's convinced me to look at the Circuit Tracks more seriously. Is the synth engine in the Tracks up to scratch with the MiniNova?

to be honest I would say the circuit tracks is an improved version of the mini nova sound engine. I think they have done a fantastic job of creating a good sound in the circuit tracks, and you get two sound engines built in. A wonderful value. I've shown kids how to program the circuit tracks, it the easiest to program.
