That’s a stupid quote. It assumes the world is perfect and problems just pop up. It’s not and they don’t. A problem is an obstacle that prevents someone from achieving a goal, so one example is the nCoV preventing us from achieving the goal of global health, but another example is me wanting to go to the bathroom but being too lazy to go - HOW CAN YOU PREVENT THAT? This kind of problem cannot be prevented, it can only be solved. Same with math problems, most relationship problems and so on. And I’m sure Einstein knew what a freakin problem is, so the quote is definitely not his.

Well any guy can change a flat tire. Oops, wait a minute, all the bolts from the flat tire fell down somewhere and you can't find them. Now what? Well a CLEVER person can use one bolt from each of the remaining 3 tires and use them for the spare tire. BUT WAIT.....a WISE person wouldn't have to solve all these problems if he had checked his tires before going to the road trip. That's what that quote means. If you watch the movie 127 Hours, the hiker fell in a ditch and got stuck but managed to cut is arm off and survive. He was clever but he would have been wise had he told somebody where he was going, he wouldn't have that problem to solve. YOU, however, are putting the quote way out of context, as if breathing is a problem. Hmmm, how do I solve breathing? Maybe jump off a bridge and drown yourself? That is NOT what the quote means.
