Fun fact: Ultimate stand Kars is not the same Kars that was seen in battle tendency. BT Kars appears in the Joli section of the story and he was one of the infamous 43 Kars on Mars. BT Kars spilt off from the rest of Kars at some point in the story after they returned to earth. When he met him again, he asks Joli and Ultimate Stand Kars to endgame game because he as himself as a failure, as he was unable to end the joestars. US Kars convinces BT Kars he is not a failure. BT celebrates with a light show using light mode and disappears from the plot. He might also the Kars who gets vored by Jesus Dio to become the ultimate lifeform Also, their are 43 infinite dying Diavolos, one of them being Diavolo and Giorno trapped in Giorno's body.

there's a novel dio aswell, the only character in jojo that can beat novel kars. he has jesus/ the ''beyond'' stand on his side which gives him plot/fate and probability manipulation. which basically means no matter what even if dio is fighting someone that he cannot harm or anything, the stand will alter the plot of the story so dio is the favoured one. he also one shot novel kars somehow. kars probably could have gained beyond ultimate but he most likely did not understand how beyond worked so he couldnt at that point in time. so overall the top 3 in jojo would probably be 1. novel kars 2. novel dio (both can swap places) 3. heaven dio. It's the same timeline as it has no real effect on the main one outside of some thing's being of a different nature, for example the corpse in part 7 would actually be Dio if the book was canon. The hollywood guy Lisa Lisa marries at the end of Battle Tendency is actually Jorge. Although future universe versions of people are different, our main timeline is pretty much the same. Kars at one point sees Joseph as a baby and basically says that's kinda neat, he's my greatest opponent.

It takes place in the 36th universe of the main timeline(for the most part and the part you are mentioning) hence the 36 Kars on Mars. The Joestars we know are altered for most of the novel as it is the 36th version of the universe, but there are portions where the original are seen such as when Kars interacts with Joseph as a baby.

I’m not trying to be a douche or anything but this video is spreading misinformation man. I read the novel from page 1 all the way to page 600 whatever and this was just last month too not years ago. Kars isn’t “Universal” or even “outerversal”. He’s simply the same Kars we know but has the potential to copy everyone’s stand and make it very slightly better (if not the same) its mostly a visual difference. He fought Dio ( who had the same regeneration as him due to killing an alternate Kars and REGENERATION ONLY)) and was evenly matched with the guy. That’s ultimately not even close to being planetary… unless you’d consider Pucci to be universal when in fact it’s only his ability. You could shoot him with a gun and literally kill him.

No time abilities would work on him as his strength surpasses time as stated in the main series when Jiren Broke Hits time cage. He is resistant to Destrution based attacks such as Hakai that destroys any essence of your existence including you soul throughout space and time, Goku was able to resist that in base in the main series.

I've got an average of 133 and 120 starting point, 175 being my highest. Even Jojo could flex on him. Having better senses likely contributes to his ignorance, as it hinders the was he approaches comprehension. Joseph on the other hand... 😂 never actually lets his hard down and is always acting the fool. Remember, his Tarot is The Hermit, which is about holding back and stagnation. And the Tarots are what's used to to determine the characters. Realistically, he'd need at least The Star to get things progressing.
