It would be interesting to know how they deal with those silo/chimney debacles where they end up half demolished. Using the analogy of not going back to an apparently dud firework, how long do you have to wait to ensure the structure is stable enough to approach?

The irony is the explosion creates a huge amount of aerosols and debris, and is hugely dangerous to life . The way they have to be removed needs to give us pause as to what to build in the first place . And how to better remove our mistakes .

Amusing to see that the professionals can screw up just as bad as the novices can. When it's all said and done you can bet that a whole lot of embarrassment to go around. Need I mention the effort that started out with good intentions takes a face flop.
