Yes I recognized Stevie Wonder and will make a call. I get so happy when I randomly call people and tell them what a wonderful impact they had on my life X number of years ago. I hear their smile and my smile grows. You are a quilter…a top can be small or large, piecing is piecing. Flamingos are awesome.

I would like to suggest when you start your blue sampler (that’s red- can’t remember the name) that has 3 skeins of floss -open the odd shaded one and weave it every other thread with the others to blend. Watching your FlossTube video has made my stitchy afternoon happy. You always have such a positive attitude. I’m sorry some people have been less than nice to you. I always say people who are like that have too much free time and are unhappy. I Just Called To say I Love You is swirling around in my brain. I remember Stevie Wonder singing that when my kids were little, back in the day. I have to get my eyes dilated on Monday so I plan on calling my friend who lost her husband before Christmas last year. I have known her for 64 years. She is turning 80 in November and used to babysit me. I was in her wedding and we have been the best of friends forever. We even learned to cross stitch together. I try to call her because I know it makes her happy and I enjoy talking to her. She has been there for me and now it’s my turn to be there for her. Thanks for the thoughtful video. I enjoyed it very much. Have a good weekend and a good next week.

Everyone looks off camera, just find the camera and put a bright paper dot above it then train yourself to look at the dot. You are so sweet to continue to have praise and prayer. Still so difficult with the situation in our world presently. Sometimes it’s necessary to just turn off the news for a bit to regain some perspective. I know I mute sound when some commercials come on the boob tube, they strike me as fear mongering, and frankly I don’t need the added stress they bring. And there are some days I put the Hallmark channel on and let it play while I stitch. I’m sending you a hug. I trust that tomorrow will bring you relief and strength. ❤

I’ve just called to say I love you to a beautiful soul my 95 year old adopted Mama who has said if I could have picked a daughter it would have been you, which brought so much joy especially after my mama and daddy died on the same day. Beautiful Mama Pearl moved out of Michigan and is living in Kentucky with her niece, and I was blessed after watching your flosstube to have God put it in my heart to call Mama Pearl to simply say “I love you!”💞 Thank you Alicia for prayer and praise, and how much your enthusiasm for all things stitching brings joy to my heart. 🧵❤️🪡 Have a blessed weekend and week.

DO NOT apologize for the tears. You should never apologize for being you. You have the best heart and care so much. Don't ever change that. That is one of the things I love about you, you are so genuine. I wish more people were like you. I also agree with you this is a hobby and it brings me joy, when it no longer does, I will stop stitching. Some stitchers I know makes it a competition and I don't want to be a part of that. Keep doing what you are doing. You bring me such joy. I look so forward to your videos. :)

If you could see my craft room right now you would never know I did a craft room challenge back In June. 🤪 My husband thinks I’m crazy too always changing things around lol. it’s what I do haha. Haul doesn’t help when there is no organization with all the new stuff that I buy! I actually called my mom and we actually faced time and got to catch up! I had been putting it off and your words made me realize we never know what the next hour holds so reach out and touch someone is a wonderful thing to do these days. $ is tight this time of year but I’m so glad I ordered your first box. I will call to say I Love You in the morning to a friend I used to work with. My blessings this week is I have gotten to spend 4 days babysitting my youngest 4 yr old (will be 5 this coming weekend) autistic grandson. It was great to have some 1 on 1 with him since we live 1 1/2 hr away from each other. God blessed me with a wonderful 4 days.

You are a light in the dark. You do you! People who are negative are usually unhappy in their own lives. We need to pray for them find balance and joy in their life. I have always believed that I have not walked in someone's shoes so I have no idea what they might be going through, so I try to give them the grace of my warmth and prayers that God will touch their heart and soften their souls.
