There's no context but the meme itself is about literally scare the ones who doesn't get the "invisible joke", we spanish speakers had something similar with an image of brad pitt, black and white with the little text of "el fin se acerca" in translation of "the end is near" context? None. The meme itself was about this, someone ask "whats the context" only to get the same answer that doesn't explain anything but keep repeating the phrase that makes feel intrigued or a little scared. Which is again "el fin se acerca". In short, the joke about this is not to tell the answer or to resolve his question or need of context for the one who isn't involved (doesn't get the joke) by a random phrase or image (like in this case) that implies an event or incident that is about to happen to unsettle and get nervous those who are not aware of the fictional implication about that is telling the image/phrase. Imagine i tell you "tomorrow at 6:30 pm something awfull wiill happen" ofc you will be like "what? WHATS GOING HAPPEN" and i just say "something horrifying will happen tomorrow" knowing perfectly nothing will happen and i just warn you or threat you about a fictional situation without digging or explaining more and by cause, you'll feel anxious, scared and nervous for literally nothing, in the end it was just a little trolling! except of November 5th of 2024. I'm not related with that :)

This is a screenshot from someone who typed "November 5th, 2024" and got mysterious pictures of several dead bodies. Part of the ominousness comes from how AIs have been known to give very vague and eerie predictions for the future in the past and its still a thing today
