Excellent speech at the end about simplifying. Simplifying skincare and life. I've had a very hard couple of years (and they're not getting any easier any time soon yet) and I've realised that I've been buying loads of stuff to fill a void, or to take my mind off the hard issues that haunt me 24/7. After much money spent, mostly in skincare (which did improve my skin actually) and makeup (trying to get back into it after many years of just the very basics), I've finally been hit by the mechanism I was trapped in. So this video seems made for me 😊. I want to thank you for both the excellent skincare advice (we have similar skin type) and for the deeper, more emotional inspiration. 💖

Love it Kelly. The Black Friday sales really tested me and I did end up making some skincare purchases (as a emotional coping mechanism as I’ve been feeling down and not at all good). You were so right once what you said in your Skincare As Self care video; skincare is a big motivation for me to get up in the morning and upwind for and from my full time job that I hate. Taking out that time for myself really soothes my mental health.

I’m turned off by that moisturizer inci. Glyceryl stearate SE + coco caprylate is a huge NO for my acne prone skin. Breakouts galore!

This is what separates you from other skinfluencers out there. I have acne prone and oily skin. Plus i live in a tropical and humid place. I took advantage of DECIEM's Slowvember sale and got some Ordinary and NIOD products. Have really been enjoying the SDSM2 mist. I realize it's a good value at the large size of the bottle and I can spray generously twice a day :) Love your message at the end about simplifying and it really spoke to me. I found myself buying so much skincare with all the constant deals in the past few months, and getting caught up buying the latest "holy grail" products raved about by skinfluencers. You reminded me that I should focus on what I already have and what really works. If it doesn't bring me joy, I'm going to give it away instead of putting in a drawer that never gets used :) I love your channel and discovered so many great products like Stratia Liquid Gold that I can't live without 💖

So I have a new hack. If you have a cleanser that's striping and a moisturizer you want to use up... I mix a tiny bit of the moisturiser into the cleanser to wash my face. Honestly now it's getting colder it's been really effective in helping not dry out my skin.

I loved listening you talk about the failed moisturizer 😂😂😂 My favorite November product was the Wishtrend propolis ampule. It’s helping with acne and I love the texture and glow it gives. Another great Kelly recommended product! Beautiful message at the end 💙

Hi Kelly. I'm very new to skincare. I've watched so many videos of yours recommending niod modulating glucosides. My skin itches a lot. I've got bumps and texture all over my face. It's so irritating and itchy all the time. My skin is also very sensitized. Even running fingers on it feels like scratching. So I wanted to try the NIOD product.But as I have contact dermatitis, I am very confused if this serum would work on my skin or further irritate it. pls give me some suggestion.

Have you tried the Ole Henriksen Banana Bright eye cream, it's supposed to be great for dark circles. They have a great little Kit for $!5 with the eye cream and his peptide moisturizer...thinking of getting. What really matters?...your furry friend. Animals are the best.

I need a snack 😂🤣girl u too funny. I wanted to love the 🍓 BHA I got a sample threw Sephora gwp and it didn't work for me infact not one GR product I have tried has worked it so hyped and loved I want to love it but the stuff I tried was a no go I didnt try the C dark spot of 🍌 cream yet or new eye serum but want to try it but then I am like why doesn't any of it work and people rave about everything m I still have the sample of the straw BHA to try Incase my skin was just going threw it at the time sometimes and my skin hates stuff but if I try it again later it may work that's what I'm hoping for. I have been taken pynognal supplements lately and I have actually been finding pynognal and tumeric sillymarin more in products lately . Girl I found an essence I want to try so bad it looks like it could be a good alt to sk11 u know the reg Scinic FTE well now they have a Scinic PrestigeFTE the ingredients look amazing it looks super nice and close to sk11 it's more expensive then regular Scinic FTE but it's 35 for the prestige and it's like sk11 and love it 35$ isn't a bad price. Also wanna try the Kaine kombucha essence. Girl I'm all about the essence and toners also the one u featured the other day in the microbiom video also biongibi idk how to spell it but it looks really nice they have a toner serum and cream all look nice sillymarin based and I have seen the serum review and they gave it a 10 but the cream and toner look wow with some of the ingredients. I'm surprised at some of ur love but hey if they gods they good. Girl the BF and all the sales this month had me down and out so many sales hmgoos ones earlier and more and I was like crying it was so much and I wanted to try everything and had to keep telling my stuff stop looking at the sales and hauls it just depressing u. The I started talking about wanting to save someone's life and donating a kidney to a women in need m my husband was thinking I was nuts . I was like do u not understand I want to help I want to be a good person I want to be a light in all this evil . I think my Niod products mist survival O mod glucoside serum copper peptide ordinary and peptides ordinary hair serum and Dermtlgy needless also klairs butter eye cream as a serum under my eyes with the Benton fermentation eye cream over it I even put it on my face lightly I was loving and never tried the Benton fermentation eye cream before also iope essence but it will never compare to the sk11 😭 O and the biosionse elderberry jelly oil cleanser loving. did u see the primera toner essence with H Cordata and artmesishia in it looks really nice reminds me of the amorapacific green tea the bottle and darkness of it , I think of u when I see it. O I got the eucrin balm with urea and been loving it door my feet then putting socks on and in a week it helped my elbow that I have issues with I told u about . So far that's favs o I got the goodal rice toner and loving it too. The sales were so good I literally had to pull myself back I wanted the Niod copper 3 serum the biosionse copper HA plumping serum then also got the ordinary CP I literally wanted all of them ,I was so tempted then they made a smaller size of the biosionse in special package and a percent goes to the shark foundation I was tempted by that after the full size with the water bottle that was only like 49$ with the sale Stratia sale I wanted the peptide cream and liquid gold and I totally missed Geek and Georgus. Then I wanted hair stuff and a d in or backstage cool neutral pallet I have been trying to get for years Everytime Iget the restock go to check out it's sold out;(want so bad but was like do I need it do I want it yes yes I do..lol and the sk11 set.. then I had to start well stop thinking about all the goodies and sales and hold back cause I was depressing myself over stuff , I know it sounds dumb but girl I made carts of stuff I has a style Anna cart it was almost 300 and various others cause I wanted or wanted to try so much. But need to step back and decide what I really want to try do it slowly . Those darn sales :( I think it's craziness cause they raised prices so much then u see these sales and their so much off u get excited or have a meltdown..lol * I did buy the cord rice sleep mask. , I been wanting to try it I have the proplolis honey one but really wanted to try the rice and I found it for 8$ so I got it I wasn't gonna pay 26$ but 8$ Iwas about trying it for that glow..lol
