Looks like part of the system is missing sync. Could be a simple programming issue or a card/module is bad. I’d consider checking the configuration on every A/V and making sure everything is set to Gentex Sync. If everything is synced and it was evident it is the card/module that is the problem rather than a configuration issue, I’d move everything to power supplies and set those power supplies to slave sync off the panel which I would set to Gentex Sync to ensure 100% everything will sync up. I wouldn’t use selective silence as it is no longer allowed according to code.

I believe when the drill function is used the notification appliances do not sync. Being different for pull stations and smokes, they will sync

@@trainknightt they’re supposed to sync regardless. Drill function doesn’t make a difference as it’s mainly up to NAC settings what is synced. Plus, it’s part of the fire code that all notification appliances sync up when activated.
