Great video! Always happy to see your updates. Green bananas, as you likely know, have loads of resistant starch which survives our stomach acids and is therefore an excellent probiotic! Our gut health is benefitted with this great food for the good bacteria.

I planted my carrots yesterday 😊 still got tomato’s coming on strong and bell peppers , broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, will plant my onion starts to over winter along with garlic our winter is supposed to be warmer than normal

I pulled my purple sweet potatoes bc in central Austin they forecasted several days of rain. NOT! I have super sauce tomatoes coming in and I hope there's enough time for them to ripen

Most plants do not survive full sun in South Texas. Some shade late in the day is helpful. Shade cloth can work as well. I water every day. Good luck. 🤠
