Hi Larry, your garden is incredible! I didn’t know you could grow such variety in south Texas. I’m in Rockport trying a fall garden again. I repeatedly fail at gardening every time I try. Do you have any book recommendations or resources for a beginner gardener in south Texas?

I just found your channel. This is so helpful! I’m in corpus area do you think I could have a similar garden some day? Or is the climate that different from where you are?

Is there a taste difference between all purpose flour and bread flour? Looking forward to trying this. Thank you

Cinnamon raisin swirl bread also makes an excellent peanut butter sandwich! The raisins in the bread are sweet enough that you don’t need jelly. But you could certainly add some if you want! Great recipe, thanks for the tip on using egg white for the cinnamon/sugar mixture. I have experienced what you were describing happens when you use butter 😂 could never figure out what I was doing wrong! Thanks Larry!

I'm over here at Sandy Flour Bluff TX is your soil a pure sand too? Supposed to be a warm winter. How old are the naval oranges trees

My soil is not that sandy. It is however very heavy so I grow mainly in raised beds or barrels. They drain much better. 🤠
