Hi Keegan! I work in insurance and if your dental's office coded your cleaning as a periodontal deep cleaning and you never had a periodontal surgery the insurance company will not pay it. Ask them to recode it as a regular cleaning and resubmit it. $200 is high for any type of dental cleaning!

I am trying to drink enough water for my health. It’s easy over the summer for me as I spend a lot of time outdoors and get thirsty. Living in a colder climate it’s hard to keep up with the water intake over the winter months.

i bookmark mine on my chrome so i always see it but adding a reminder helps a lot!

This is gonna be super weird but I got my tree from Cracker Barrel! Granted, I work there and get a really great discount, but their trees are such great quality! I’ve had mine for three years and it still looks brand new! And that tree has been out through it between moving it into the house already pre decorated from my parents home, to a baby, to a dog!
