BLACKHAWK DOWN was out on 4K since 2019. The Steelbook is just a new packaging and i believe they added Dolbyvision. Same with The Guns of Navarone. Had a 4K. Just a new Steelbook package with Dolby vision. These are both done by Sony and you can tell by the artwork as well.

I understand why Kevin Smith films have changed, or declined. So I can understand the general opinion of Clerks 3. Before I watched the movie, I had doubts. I bought it on Blu ray, and just recently did a Kevin Smith marathon with the wife. So I knew the general concept before hitting play. Personally, I liked it. What got me hooked was (spoilers) Elias becoming a Satanist. I also found the use of older footage as creative. Perhaps not something for everyone, and I think to some degree, Smith understands this. May not be a great movie, but rumors online made my expectations very low. So perhaps extremely low expectations helped me appreciate it more. As for the Clerks set, it's just too bulky for my tastes. I never was hardcore for displays. Got wordy. My bad. I actually had opinions on a lot of titles, but I focused on one.

No worries on being wordy, I'm always interested in opposite opinions. Clerks 3 is pretty polarizing. People either love it or hate it and I get both sides. I obviously fall on hating it. I actually cut out 3 minutes of this video, because I went off on a tangent. In short; I think Clerks 3 fails at being a comedy. Whereas the first two Clerks movies were comedies with some relatable drama. Clerks 3 just wasn't funny and took the characters in too dark of a direction for me. It started off dark, ended dark, and it almost ruined the previous two movies. The message of the first two movies seemed to be undercut in this one for me. However, I get liking Clerks 3 if you connected with that story. I've met Kevin Smith, cool dude, but I just didn't like 3. Thanks as always for taking the time to comment and share your thoughts.

Clerks 3 was awful, it's a shame they tainted that set with it. Flat jokes, political pandering, huge gaps in logic, and it ruins Clerks 2.
