Worse part about using a bucket, is if you catch an edge on your driveway, you can do some damage. Does not trip and return like a blade. They do make blades that attach to your loader. Plowed snow working for a local school district for thirty- five years. I could plow an area over and over and nothing. Then the next time I plowed it an area that had a crack would raise up from frost heave as I believe it is called and we always plowed with F350 Fords and the blade would catch an edge and it sounded like you ripped the frame from under the truck. Thank you for your comment! Yes, I have seen that same thing with the snow plow on the front of a truck at our local school district's parking lot. You have to be really careful with the bucket as you mentioned. And I agree, you could catch it on something raised and tear it up. I need to invest in a blade. Thanks again.
