You poor darling. I have personally had to prevent family seeing me bec it's made me so ill over my lifetime and I cannot do anything more for people who's effect on me results in my being basically chronically ill and unable to do much. But I pray for them daily.

Since Dec 8 falls on the 2nd Sunday of Advent, the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception is moved to Dec 9. So Nov 30 is Day 1 of the Novena.
