I made these cupcakes, multiplying everything with 3. The yield of this recipe is 8, so I ended up with exactly 24 cupcakes. Just how many I needed! I did have a lot of chocolate batter leftover, because I took very generous tablespoons of the batter for it, as I was worried about it being too little. I made a chocolate cupcake out of that for myself and it was delicious. This recipe is great, everyone at my workplace loved the taste, texture, and the patterns on them :-)

2 huevos 🥚 1/2 tz de azúcar 1/4 tz. de aceite 1 cda. de esencia de vainilla 1 tz. De harina (Tamizar) 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear 3 cdas. De leche Separar 3 cdas de mezcla (para el marmoleado: 1 cucharadita de Cacao 1 cda leche. Engrasar de aceite la bandeja y los capacillos, y rellenar con 3 cucharadas de mezcla. Colocar en una manga la mezcla de chocolate y decorar. Si lo haces como ella en la olla precalentar 5 minutos y hornear por 15 o 20 minutos. Si lo haces en el horno : Hornear x 20 minutos a 180 °C. Ps. Precalentar el horno antes de comenzar.
