Same price with MH but shadow high have the quality so good , their accessories is have painted details and their outfits is so details look almost like expensive collector dolls and we can even make exactly outfit like them to wear in real like because it’s really modern and based on real life outfits pieces not like MH if we wear their outfit in real life is look so arkward and look like Halloween costume , oh Mattel always do their doll’s bag , hat and boots with plastic , mean while MGA always do it with real fabric with a lot of details but I still love MH tbh ☠️

I just got her too, i love her so much, but she made me realize how low quality monster high is rn, i still love monster high but come on! same price, lower quality and no stand! I think the compromise of loosing the second outfit and still keeping the good price is fine.

Im a ball jointed doll collector. I understand people thinking hundreds of dollars for a doll is a lot because it absolutely is. However im not okay with people shaming others for how much theyve spent/spend on their hobbies. If it makes you happy and you can afford it, GO FOR IT! I wanna get her because purple is my favorite color, she gives me wichy vibes, and the long colourful braids are so cool. shes seems pretty popular and the people that got her seem to love her, haven't heard anything bad about her yet but since her hair is in braids she might be hard for you to style but i have seen people style her braids in other videos so i'm confident you'd make her look cool.

When it comes to "toxicity in the doll community" I can see where they are coming from, there are some people in the doll community who are toxic, however the great thing about this community having so many people is you get to determine what content creators you can like and support and if you feel like some creators are toxic you have the choice to not watch them, however a majority of people wont do that, they just like to complain about it. I used to be part of the doll community on youtube I never left because i felt it was particularly toxic, I just left because I wasnt able to keep up with a growing audience.

At this time the second series cost 24 and I'm slightly bitter because I bought the first series when they came out I spent roughly 29. Almost 30 bucks, so I suppose the bit of bitterness I have for almost spending 30 makes me feel like "if it's gonna be 24 make it worth my time" I do love second outfits cause it gives you more options. But I'm literally only collecting Shadow high dolls so I think I'll be fine as far as customizing goes.

I just got her myself! I love her space buns so much that I just did everything I cud to keep them perfect. Hair gel around her hairline and in the buns itself to keep everything neat. I also left the tinself in it took some effort to clean her up like I was brushing thru and hitting snags becuz she had some rooting errors where the ends of hairs were also in plugs. Unfortunately fixing that u lose some hairs in the process so after making her hair fully BRUSHABLE again I dunked her hair in hot water over and over to get it as straight as possible, luckily the tinsel responded well too and now it's almost perfect I love her so much. All I'd add to her hair are antenna lol Oh also her phone can fit in the bottom pockets

I bought her on Saturday as she's on sale (£12) and I thought she wasn't as cool compared to the others, but I really do like her, far more than I thought I would! Her eyes are phenomenal!, nothing like the other SH dolls I have; very striking amongst my collection. I restyled her hair in three ponytails, braided parts and did some criss-crossing of the hair to give her a unique look. The only bad thing about the doll is the hair has tinsel in it, that ish is ANNOYING!

I don’t collect monster high dolls due to my personal reasons. I highly recommend you to get your own styling station trolly exactly just like those Divas dolls with their makeup station trolley. It will be excellent way to store your doll’s accessories and styling tools. It will be more organized and easy to reach them on what you need other than having the bag you’re using one now or you thought about getting better bag.
