some of reviews says its old property with smelly rooms and poor inroom services...plz do let me know which room option or type have to pick ..for better experience...and very confused between novotel resort spa and novotel candolim ...considering booking for couple with kid...helps me a lot .thanks

We had booked 1 king bed (tranquility) room and we faced absolutely no problem in that room .Services were really good . Both are good properties by novotel situated at a distance of just 2 kms , If you want refreshing experience of spa then you should go for novotel goa resort and spa.
