What I love about Guilty Gear compared to other fighting game is how random seems the moveset of each characters but how useful it is in reality. In other fighting games, the moveset just seems to fit some criteria and then it lets play. In Guilty Gear, every move seem calculated to be a useful tool, rather than a situational move or a complete useless one. That's why I love Guilty Gear (and BlazBlue) because I'm always discovering something new and amazing from EACH characters.
