Although the vocals at intro verse sound Hollow (I listened on Skio, idk the site compression is Shiet i guess) but the drop vocals sound clean... What does the automation on the kick and snare do? This music is AWESOME

Sidechain - A process where the volume of the drop elements (chords,leads,bass,vox chops) are ducked/lowered everytime the signal of the kick and snare hits. Why? In order for the frequencies to not clash with one another and give them room in the mix doing a simple volume automation sidechain can help with that. I used fruity balance for the automation and never the volume fader itself in the mixer track.

Legato, turning on the parameter allows you to glide to other notes and depending on how much you increase the value will determine how fast or slow the effect will be on your pattern

Usually, Remix Competitions that are held include the Song Key, Tempo, and Genre of a specific song. There are multiple online platforms that can provide you with the proper details of the song you are trying to remix. You can check out these guy's suggestions as I tried them and they work just as well. But also keep in mind always try and experiment with the way how you like for the chords and every element in the mix.

For the pre drop fill it was just a simple reversed piano, removing all drums at one bar. For the delayed drop it was just the leads, chords, and bass with a filter along side effects to make it hit extra hard
