@@billhosko7723 You are absolutely correct! No way would I buy an old mobile home in a crappy state when I own a paid for nice house in a great state. My comment was actually about the pet restrictions. I understand why many communities have them. However, I would never live in one. Nor would any other pet owners. That's a LOT of buyers who will go elsewhere.
