I would replace the master bath tub for a solid, not see through. And I actually don't like shower only in the secondary bedrooms, I like shower tub combos. Everything else, I would not change. I love it.

I feel like Queen beds are not sufficient enough for guests. Either put king beds or two twin beds for maximum comfort. A queen bed is too small for two people to sleep on.

The last houses kitchen needs to be completely redone. It’s 4 mf color finishes. Do a white lacquer/gray combo and call it George

"I love these tours, but the second home felt like a missed opportunity in terms of the floor plan. It seemed like the designer's first attempt, focusing more on elegance than functionality. For example, the mudroom being placed off the smaller, less-used garage was a poor use of space. It could have been better utilized as a shared entry point for both garages or placed near the main living area for easier access.
