Now I know... (a present for my exceptional mom)

Věděla jsem, co ti chci říct. Ale chtěla jsem, aby to bylo výjimečné. Přemýšlela jsem o dárku. Náušnice? Čokoládu? Květiny? Pff... Tak jsem si říkala, že ti napíšu dopis nebo tak něco. Ale večer mě (samozřejmě) napadlo, že ti složím písničku. Tolik jsem brečela, že se manžel bál, že se něco stalo 🙂 Moc se omlouvám, že jsem to udělala tak lajdácky, měla jsem jen pár chvil a neměla dost rukou, protože jsem to dělala naživo. Ale i tak doufám, že ti to udělá radost... Mám tě ráda a moc si vážím všeho, co jste pro mě udělala! Jsi ta nejlepší máma, jakou jsem kdy mohla mít. Ano, možná myslíš na své chyby, ale to, že bojuješ s těmi svými, mi dává naději, že i já budu schopná být dobrou matkou.

I knew what I wanted to tell you. But I wanted it to be special. I've been thinking of a present. Earrings? Chocolate? Flowers? Meh... So I thought that I'll write you a letter or something. But in the evening (of course) I had this idea to make you a song. I cried so much that my husband was scared that something happened 🙂 I'm so sorry for making this so sloppily, I only had a couple of moments and didn't have enough hands because it was done live. But I hope that it will make you happy anyway... I love you and I appreciate everything you did for me so much! You're the best mom I could ever have. Yes, maybe you think of your flaws, but you fighting yours gives me hope that I'll be able to be a good mother myself.
