Just came back from seeing it.... THE PROM is a celebration of humans of all types. We live in a world where there is way too much hate and discrimination and celebrates who we are. Also, it's truly a love letter to Broadway!!!! Laughed so hard and craziest high energetic staging you'll experience for a full 2 1/2 hours. In addition, this cast inspires me to bring my craft to a new A-Game Level in a whole new direction. This is what I want to be doing.... to perform on Broadway 8 shows a week in a great show that motivates and makes people feel good about themselves.

No homophobia. But this just seems corny. What happened to broadway?
@mourningdove55915 жыл бұрын
Broadway being corny!?!?!!!11?? *gasp* Goodness me, that is UNHEARD OF!1!1!
@CV-Moore5 жыл бұрын
Hasn't broadway always been corny? I mean seriously, just half a century ago there were still shkws just as corny. There was even a show in which there was a song about giving the "Birds and the Bees" talk via which seemed almost like charades ("Man To Man Talk" from Once Upon A Mattress). So seriously, if you are complaining about Broadway being corny now, you must be New to Broadway.

Forgettable characters, not a song that is catchy. What a turd of a show. Also had to bite of Chicago for a passable song. The main singer and her girlfriend have very sharp and same voices that you could not tell them apart. What a waste of money.
