The prevailing theory is that the roar is something called infrasound, which has low frequency but high volume, and that combination is what causes the stunning effect. I think what happened was Enzo took Diego's food from him, and that made Diego very angry and they got into a fight. But since Enzo is the alpha male, Diego didn't stand a chance.
