@@dragonruler9able he only reduces their cost by one his ability only decreases solid colors so if the shrine costs 1 blue 4 colorless it now costs 4 colorless

@@dragonruler9able @Drakennine fair but at the same time with sisay if you get her to 5 power you could just cast that shrine directly from your deck while morphodon makes it free you still have to draw or tutor for it. And in a sisay style deck getting her power up isnt to hard I guess it comes down to what works best for you remember all shrines are legendary so just by having one it buffs sisay and once you pull the shrine off all out not only does it search each end phase sisay can search at instant speed
