Nice agitator. NC were alwasy hardto touch in capability but generally power hungry. Those folding types the pto shaft shouldn't be left on when folding into transport they are suppose to be removed when in transport mode.

Yeah same as you mark started with a nc 3000 have a 4800 super now on a jd 175r never looked back super pumps but picked up an abbey like your old one for tight spots on a handy 6230 jd cant fault that pump either good man for sharing great vid as evet

Think your supposed to remove PTO when transporting it. Is there two hooks on side of frame. Good agitator, it will serve you well. Good luck with it

The model below that one ya have to remove pto shaft when transporting

Don’t hook on the pto until you have it in the tank. There is a small angle iron on the 2 point linkage to hook up the pto when taking it off the tractor but leave it connected to the agitator

Ya for moving long distances is but should be able to move around the yard without having to remove it.
