Ashley, we are in florida's 100 plus temperatures where humidity makes the heat index so much higher. So many of the people who work out of doors such as lawn care people & many sports oriented folks who fish or run, or hike in the extreme heat wear long sleeve out door shirts called UPF 50 + sun protection with SPF rash guard. These shirts are not usually in dark colors, some have a hoodie attached which i love, when mine get filthy from yard work i wash them special to get the grass & dirt stains out. The reason we love them is because when they get dampened by sweat , they have a cooling effect. Sometimes I wet mine to help me cool down . I am at that age when My figure is more in rolls rather than curvy, so I always buy the mens big x large so the shirt does not cling to me. Amazon is one of many places that have them reasonably priced, i also wear them kayaking fishing etc with a big floppy hat to protect me from sun. They may be perfect for your family members in your arizona heat

As I have said before you are just a bunch of bad a**es! Have you ever considered having multiple piles of sand delivered around the perimeter of the house? The amount of time you could save hauling things back and forth would be significant. Especially since you will continue to need it at all of the locations. Just my 27 cents worth. As a counselor I find your candor and openness about getting help refreshing. I'm proud of you. I have some questions... 1: looks like you are NOT using your own soil anymore? 2: is there a possibility to work in the night or very early morning? And than make siesta during the hottest time of the day.. 3: sometimes i worked at construction in france.. the work had to be done... so we hat a bu ket of water and soaked our shirts an took it wet on. Even a light brise gave helpful cooling than. And as we were not so much sweating we kept our mineral loss down. Of course... you had to repest that every hour. After a few days we just took a bathtub nearby and sprung periodically fully clothed in it. Helped us a lot. Maybe this is an option for you also.
