amino acid not simply equal to protein, and its not easy to absorb high quality protein/amino acid through daily meal. plus that required much more prep time, knowledge and cost......
期實想增肌既人,每日應該食自身磅數 x 1.2 至2.2 既蛋白質。就我泥講,69kg,150幾磅,每日最小食180g protein先上到磅,外國人上磅一日食七餐,但香港人忙到一日三餐都未必食得夠,所以奶粉對我地確實有幫助。 奶粉唔係仙丹,都要你操得金。如果以為飲奶粉就變大隻唔操野,比你打類固醇,你都操唔到好似jay culter咁。 而你地話蛋白質上限係100g, 真係得淡笑。

其實我啲教練朋友都話,如果有時間都係自己煮啲高蛋白料理食,一定好過飲啲蛋白奶粉。

Fish Kimchi 飲食絕對是最好的 但有時熱量吃太高快超過tdee 蛋白質還沒足夠 乳清就派的上用場 爾且他成分簡單吸收較快

It's videos like this that makes my mother believe whey protein is killing me. It's a different lifestyle from others. But if you have a physically laborious lifestyle, you need protein and your essential amino acids. Protein does NOT make you fat, it's carbohydrates. Your body turns carbohydrates into sugar, and if your body doesn't utilize the sugar, it's stored as body fat. Believe it or not, your body is not meant to eat carbohydrates. Back in nomadic times, we only ate meat and vegetables. Bread, rice and noodles have to be MANUFACTURED. The reality is your body is supposed to utilize healthy fats as a source of energy, such as fish oil, avocados or nuts. When it comes down to it... if you want to be strong and have lean muscles, you need to consume a copious amount of protein. Ideally, you should get your protein intake naturally from meat, but whey protein ever so often will not hurt you. Protein is not the problem, carbohydrates are.

but then you need carbs or you won't have good energy when you doing gym, also some carbs helps fuel muscles after gym
