But some weeks ago I ordered a pair of shorts from Amazon. I had some credit to use. They sent my shorts via UPS. It was a nightmare! Six consecutive days .. each and every day .. I was told by UPS alerts that my package would arrive by 8 or 9 pm. Each day that did not happen. On the 7th day, without warning, I went out the front door and found my package. I call them multiple times. All robots! DeJoy wants UPS to take over!?!?

I know all of them get the same 5 minutes in order to get through questioning. However, when you have a Representative that actually has the expertise in the subject at hand as she does, I think she should be given more time to ask questions. OAN: It has become clear in just about any Committee hearing regardless of subject, that the Republicans aren't actually interested in asking actual questions , but rather waste tax payer dollars criticizing the need of having a hearing at all and creating a partisan circus. They have been trying to privatize USPS for years. Follow the money. The ones that want to privatize have vested financial interest in USPS competitors. However, both Dems and Republicans are to blame for passing a Bill forcing USPS to pre-fund pensions for 75 years which accounts for 90% of why they are in red. The same way Congress caused the decline of USPS, they can save it with more innovation. There is no reason why banking services can't be offered, or voting registration, or a myriad of other Government services. While letter volume has declined, package volume has gone up due to internet shopping. USPS still delivers more packages than FedEx and UPS combined. USPS is a service per our Constitution and doesn't need to make a profit. We should not be privatizing USPS. Vote OUT all that are seeking to do this starting with Trump and his enablers in Congress.

I have the most amazing mail carrier, he is so happy and is always a joy to see. Because of the relationship that we have forged I also know what they’re going through. He will have to do two or three routes a day, not getting home until 10 at night. Management is horrible to these people. I have had 3 people in my family who have also worked or are still working for the USPS and they are not treated well and are working three times as hard to get our mail to us. Hats off to every mail carrier, hard work for no recognition. This man is making it harder for everyone, people aren’t getting their medications on time, bills are being delivered late and the list goes on. This is all just another ploy of smoke and mirrors by the current presidency.
