Having been to the Plain of Jars sites in Phonsavan, which are absolutely worth it, it's really cool to see that you can still find some out in the middle of nowhere like this. That being said, I can see why the reward of these few jars isn't worth the effort.

Lovely little Guest House you found there. Those stupas are amazing, and the big Buddha. They must have been wonderful back in the day. The Plain of Jars was a bit disappointing, but you made me laugh when you said "Where do we pay?" after climbing up the bank. Still loving this trip and amazed how Mina is enjoying it as much as you both are. She is a real gem of an explorer! God bless you all 😀❤🙏

😂lol solved that little hill,,and Mina had fun doing it,,so it was a winner! The site may have been somewhat underwhelming,,but it was cool all the same. Seeing and touching man made things that are hundreds of years old at the very least. That black and white of the pretty woman on the bike was excellent ❤ Thanks Brother Ttyl,,,Marlon see ya mina❤

@@NowinLao that’s not the real actual plain of jars site. You’re supposed to go through some real city villages to the site and there’s an entrance fee. I think you guys enter it from the jungle, back side of the real site. That’s why it looks spooky. You’re supposed to go through phongsanvah to the plain of jar.

I will have a better look later on, but I guess the places you went to are cleared from UXO already? A lot of areas there aren't and are dangerous. Might be good to know for people who will visit the beautiful area there to stick to the paths and cleared areas.

Hi Todd, I think you must have missed the "main" entrance to Site 16. We visited that site last May and somewhere along that road is (was?) a little entrance, easier than what you found. Check 8:21 at the below video . There are actually at least 120 documented jar sites but only about 8 marked for tourists and many locations not publicised because of ongoing danger of UXO. But yeah, for most visitors these small sites are not worth the effort once you've done the main three sites. kzbin.info/www/bejne/f6CpZmqvebehqdk
